Point of Sale Functionality Released

Now you can sell through CrossPeak on your tablet or laptop at trade shows or other events. Take credit card orders, add prospects to your email list, even set up a self-purchase / self-service kiosk on your iPad or laptop. We have also added payment processor Braintree to our growing list of partner integrations.

CrossPeak Launched for Online Retailer

We are pleased to announce a recent launch of CrossPeak OMS for an online retailer. This is a full suite deployment that will take advantage of all the modular functionality built to date. Customer Service, Order Management, Call Center Support, 3PL Partners with WooCommerce, UPS, MailChimp and QuickBooks Integrations.

This deployment includes thousands of SKUs and over 30 users with varying levels of access permissions. Since every deployment is customized for each business, we delivered several custom reports that streamlined operations and provide valuable insight.

Release of Version 1.0

We are pleased to announce the release of CrossPeak OMS version 1.0 which includes all the core functionality and six key modules: Customer Service, Call Center, 3PL Partners with UPS Support, Point of Sale, MailChimp and Quick books.
